Janice Dreier is a residential real estate agent.

Janice is a Residential Sales Associate in the New Haven Office and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Janice brings warmth and integrity to her work, inspiring deep confidence and trust in her clients and prospective buyers alike.  She loves helping clients find the perfect place to live every bit as much as she enjoys staging homes, preparing them for market and devising the best possible strategy to sell a home. Janice leverages her sophisticated taste in interior design and landscaping to help clients see the possibilities in properties. Her direct, fair, and straightforward negotiating style has won wide praise.  With a background in business and management, as well as non-profit leadership, her goal is to make the process of purchasing or selling a house as easy as possible for her client from beginning to end.

Janice graduated from New York University with a B.A. degree in Art History and attended the American College in Paris, concentrating in Art History and French.  She studied interior design, color theory, and drafting at the Corcoran College of Art and Design and the Glen Echo Partnership for Art and Culture in the Washington, D.C. area. She has worked in sales and marketing and as a stylist assistant for a well-established textile company in New York City, where her clients included leading women’s sportswear and dress manufacturers.

Her career includes leadership experience in the non-profit sector.  She founded and led the Volunteer Center at a major university and later served as Regional Manager for the American Red Cross Blood Services in Washington, D.C.  She is an active community volunteer and has served as president of the Parent Teacher Association and as a Girl Scout troop leader.  She and her husband have three children.
